Event planning made easy.

In order to book planning services, reserve your event date, and begin the event planning process, please complete the following steps:

  1. Fill out the Contract Form below.

  2. Submit a $500 deposit via PayPal.

Once we receive the completed contract and deposit payment, your event date will officially be reserved and the planning process will begin! You will receive a detailed planning timeline and estimated budget breakdown.

I understand there is a fee for event planning services and a $500 non-refundable deposit is due in order to reserve the event date and begin the planning process. I understand vendor pricing is NOT INCLUDED in the planning fee and vendors are priced separately. Full payment is due 45 days prior to the event date.
Cancellation Policy *
The Client may cancel this Agreement at any time. If the Client cancels more than 60 days prior to the event date, You're Welcome Events will be entitled to 50% of the total invoice. If Client cancels less than 60 days prior to the event date, You're Welcome Events will be entitled to the full invoice total. You're Welcome Events may cancel this Agreement at any time. If You're Welcome Events cancels, it must provide a suitable, replacement Planner, subject to the Client’s approval, which shall be obtained in writing.
