We will do it all from helping establish the color scheme and design concepts, working closely with each vendor, and providing unlimited guidance throughout the entire process. Planning an event does not get easier than this! This exclusive package includes assistance every step of the way ensuring a productive, smooth, and enjoyable planning process.

Below is a detailed description of what's included in the Full Service Planning package. 

Guidance throughout the entire planning process

  • Initial meeting to discuss your celebration style and goals along with your budget
  • Unlimited access, professional advise, and consultation via phone, email, and scheduled face to face meetings
  • Create a planning timeline with goals & deadlines to meet along with scheduled phone meetings to help keep you on track

Focus on design and décor

  • Client Design Questionnaire & meeting to establish color combinations, theme, and design concepts
  • Venue recommendations and walk through of final venue selection
  • Coordinate and schedule design meetings with florist(s) and attend any follow up meetings
  • Arrange mock up table centerpiece and floral design from referred florists by You're Welcome events
  • Vendor recommendations to meet your design goals (linen, chair, and specialty prop rentals, desserts, lighting, draping, glassware, etc.)
  • Create the Floor Plan
  • Assist in the selection of favors, gifts, and welcome baskets

Assemble a dream team of vendors

  • Manage all vendor communication
  • Recommend vendors best suited to your style and budget
  • Obtain multiple vendor quotes
  • Submit quotes for approval
  • Review proposals and terms of final contracts
  • Schedule delivery, set up, and pick up times
  • Confirm all vendor orders and quantities on rental items
  • Ensure vendors meet the venue's requirements
  • Research hotel accommodation and group room blocks

Provide unlimited professional advice

  • Attire suggestions to coordinate with the event
  • Suggest verbiage for invitations and signage
  • Recommend trusted vendors
  • Unlimited emails and phone meetings

Manage every detail of the event

  • Create a day of timeline
  • Distribute client approved timeline to all vendors one week before the event date
  • Arrive before the first vendor delivery ensuring proper set up instructions are followed
  • Ensure set up is according to the floor plan
  • Handle final payments and gratuities to vendors 
  • Assist with setup for decorations including seating chart, favors, menus, sign-in book, gifts, etc. 
  • Sound check with musicians, band, or DJ
  • Adjust to last minute needs
  • Set up signage, favors, and any specialty items
  • Onsite coordination and management of entire event (6 hours)
